Chat
The Chat view allows us to communicate via written messages with the buses and receive automatic messages from the buses.
Create Chats
In the main view, on the left side, we will see three tabs: Lines, Buses, and Chats. On the right side, the list of messages already created will be displayed:
- In the Lines tab, we will see all the Lines belonging to the Agency. By clicking on one of them, a text box will be enabled in the message window. Here we can send messages simultaneously to all the Buses that belong to this Line. We write the message and send it using the button .
- In the Buses tab, we will see a list of all buses belonging to the Agency. Here we can send a message to a specific Bus. By selecting it, the same text box from the Lines tab will open. We write the message and send it using the button .
- In the Group Chats tab, we can create Group Chats directed to one or more agencies, as well as to a specific bus, regardless of its Line. By clicking the button, a window will open where we will select which option we wish to execute and the agencies or buses we want to send the message to.
By clicking the 3 dots icon next to the button, we can choose how many hours we want the message to be valid. If the bus is turned off when the message is received, and it does not turn on during the selected time, the message will be lost.
The ticks next to the message inform us if it has been sent and received .
Delete Chats
We can Delete a message by selecting it and clicking the trash icon . In the same way, we can delete a Chat created in the Chats Tab.

- By clicking the button, we can access the list of Predefined Messages that drivers can access on their tablets.
- By clicking the pencil button , we can edit the already created messages.
Create New Predefined Messages
Inside the Predefined Messages window, click the button. In the window that appears, we will need to specify Title, Message, and related Agencies.
