How to use this manual

Welcome to the help section of the myBus Manage manual. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions and detailed guides to make the most of this resource.

Manual Organization

The manual is organized into sections and subsections. Each one corresponds to a navigation element, either first or second level, from the menu located on the left side of the myBus Manage application, and is represented with the same icon as in the application.

Visual Elements Legend

In this manual, you will find different visual elements to help with comprehension:

• Bold words. Represent key elements of the application. In general, each element is related to a PIS.
  For example: Agency, Shift, Driver, Bus, etc.
• Gray blocks. Represent a view or an option within the application itself.
  For example: Lines and Routes, History, Create Event, etc.
• Underlined text. Represents a text that needs to be particularly noted.
  For example: It is not possible to edit or configure the Totems from this view.
• Icons. Represent the same icon found in the application and help reference the instructions.
  For example:
• Buttons. Represent the same button found in the application and help reference the instructions.
  For example: New Calendar New Interval Save Line Delete Line

How do I find the information I need?

On the Manual Index page, all sections and subsections of the manual are detailed in a tree format.

Additionally, at any time you can use the floating navigation menu on the left side to:

• Go to the Manual Index.
• Go to the top of the current page.
• Go back (just like clicking the back button on the browser).
• Open the help page of the manual (this page).

There are options in this manual that I cannot see in my application

This manual details all the functionalities currently available in the myBus Manage application. If you see a functionality in the manual that you cannot find in your application, it is likely an optional feature that your agency has not subscribed to.
