Reportings
The Reportings view allows you to download files with the information we request within the available options.
Download Reportings
From the list of options, select the data you want to download.
A menu will appear on the right, and you will need to fill in the fields.
In "Format Options," you can choose how you want the file to be downloaded: Excel or CSV (with information separated by commas or semicolons). If you click on [Save Options], the manage will remember your preferences for future downloads.
There are 2 options to generate the reporting:
The first option, the button , is designed for small files. The reporting will start generating immediately and, afterwards, the message "file generation in progress" (visible at the top) will change to a download notification. You will then be able to view or download the file from that notification.
The second option, the button . This option is useful if you want to generate several reportings at once and download them later in bulk, or if the reporting is expected to be very large. If the system detects that the file will be too large, this will be the only active option.
Reporting Processing Queue and Reporting Downloads
At the top right, you will find the button .
This button will open a modal containing the Reporting Processing Queue and the list of Ready-to-Download Reportings.
The Processing Queue is global, meaning there may be reportings of other types, including those from other system users. Viewing the queue is useful to get an approximate idea of the waiting time before you can download your requested reporting.
The list of Ready-to-Download Reportings shows the reportings you can download by clicking the button.
