Stops
In the Stops view, you can create, edit, and delete Stops.
Create Stops
You can create Stops by following these steps:
- In the Stops view, click on .
- Fill in the form in the new window. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory (Name and Code). You will also have the option to add other parameters like URL, Zone ID, Wheelchair Accessibility, City, Description, as well as the Audio and the Language in which the stop announcements are played on the Bus speakers. Audio files can be uploaded using the button.
- If you want to group Stops by zones, add a zone identifier (Zone ID), and the system will automatically group Stops with the same identifier.
- In the same window, a map will display a blue pin , where you can manually indicate the Stop's location.
- You can also use the Longitude and Latitude coordinates found to the right of the map.
- Click to save.
Advanced Options
Below the Coordinates, you will find access to Advanced Options, where you can define additional characteristics of the Stop:
- The Stop Radius determines a radius within which the bus can recognize it has reached the Stop.
- You can also define the Location Type:
- A Stop refers to the physical location of a single Stop.
- A Station refers to a place that groups one or more Stops.
- Stops can be associated with a Station or not. Stations must include at least one Stop.
Edit / Delete Stops
In the Stops view, you'll find the list displaying the Stops you create. In the Actions section, you'll find several options:
- To Edit or Delete, click on the pencil icon . This will reopen the Stops configuration window, where you can modify some details. Once done, save changes with the button.
- To delete the Stop, click on .
- Other Actions:
- QR Code. You can generate and download a QR code for the selected Stop. First, you must select the Route it belongs to in the pop-up window.
- Play / Stop Audio. Allows you to listen to the Stop's announcement audio.
- Show on Google Maps. Opens a new browser window with the Stop's location in Google Maps.
