Technical Incidents
Through this view, it is possible to manage any technical incidents that occur and communicate them to the myBus technicians through tickets.
When we open the section, we can see the Open Incidents view, with a table of incidents that are currently open, including the fields Incident, Bus, Stop, and Date, as well as the buttons.
By clicking the button, a new New Incidents window is displayed, where we can see a list of all incidents that have been automatically sent by the different devices and sensors. For each incident, we can perform two actions:
- Button . Mark the Incident as seen.
- Button . Manage the Incident and, if necessary, create a ticket from the incident.
