Video Surveillance
The Video Surveillance view allows us to access the recordings from the Bus cameras in case of accidents or other types of incidents.
There are two ways to access the recordings: using the Panicbutton or creating an incident:
- In the Surveillance view, we will see a list of incident reports, including both those generated automatically via the Panicbutton and those created manually.
- The Panicbutton is a button located inside the Bus. It can be activated by the Driver if necessary. When activated, an incident is automatically generated along with the camera recordings from the Bus. The 10 minutes prior to pressing the button and the 20 minutes after will be recorded.
- To create an incident manually, in the general Surveillance view, click the button. In the window that opens, you can select the parameters for the incident you want to create.
- In the Create Incident window that appears, enter the identifying name of the request, the date, the time, and the number of minutes you want it to last.
- Select the vehicle, keeping in mind that only those connected and running on a computer (not on a tablet) are eligible. Connected vehicles are distinguished from the others by an icon with three green bars next to their name.
- Once the incident is created (via either method), it will be added to the list in the general view. By clicking on the eye icon in the Actions column, you can access the camera recordings and download them.
