Ticketing
In this view, we can work on everything related to Tickets sales.
Ticket Types
Ticket Types are the classes of tickets that can be sold. E.g.: Single Ticket, 10-ride Pass, Student Pass, etc.
In this section, we can create, edit, and delete the Ticket Types that the Agency accepts.
Create Ticket Type
In the Ticket Type view, we will see a list of Ticket Types already entered and can also generate new types.
To create new Ticket Types, follow these steps:
- Click on the button.
- Assign a Name and define its characteristics:
- Personal Card. A "Personal" type card is for the exclusive use of the cardholder. Example: Student Card, Senior Card...
- Rechargeable Card. A "Rechargeable" type card can be used by one or more users by adding credit. Example: MonthlyCard, 10TripCard...
- Sale-Eligible Card. If this checkbox is selected, the fields Price, Currency, and Validity Date will appear and must be filled in.
- Click on the button to create it.
Edit / Delete Ticket Type:
In the general Ticket Type view, for each Type in the list, click the Pencil icon to access the Edit Ticket Type view. In this view, we can Edit the characteristics of the Ticket Type or Delete it by clicking the button.
Tickets

- Enter a unique code that will identify the physical Ticket.

- Finally, click the button to create them.
Add Tickets via CSV
If we have a CSV file with a list of Tickets, we can automatically add them by clicking the button and then clicking . Select the file to upload and confirm.
The CSV file must be in "comma-separated" format, with each line formatted as follows:
Code, Ticket Type, Special Code, Expiration Date
After adding the CSV file, all the data will be uploaded into the app and can be completed if the CSV did not contain everything. Additional tickets can also be added manually or via another CSV file.
Finally, we can add the tickets by clicking the button.
